Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CLTR app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

Use of the App

CLTR is a mobile application available for iOS and Android that allows users to store and manage their collections, including games, vinyl, music, and other items.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Platform Terms and Conditions

CLTR is distributed through the Apple App Store (for iOS) and Google Play Store (for Android).

For iOS users: CLTR is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's Terms and Conditions, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the app via the App Store.

For Android users: CLTR is subject to Google Play Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Google Play Terms of Service, Google's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the app via Google Play Store.

Subscriptions

CLTR offers a Pro membership subscription, which provides additional features.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) in accordance with the respective platform's subscription management policies.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

User Data and Privacy

CLTR collects only the user's name, email, and phone number (if provided) for login and user experience purposes.

Users may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting Felipe Bocolowski at collector@bocolow.ski.

No user data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention Policy

User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the app's services or until the user requests deletion.

Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days, except as required by law.

Third-Party Services

CLTR may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or other operational purposes. All third-party services are compliant with GDPR and LGPD regulations.

Any third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect user data and not use it for any unauthorized purposes.

Tracking Technologies

CLTR does not use cookies, trackers, or any other tracking technologies beyond what is necessary for the app's functionality and analytics.

Any analytics data is anonymized and used solely to improve the app's performance and user experience.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the use of the CLTR app shall be governed by the laws of Brazil.

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Act, conducted in Curitiba, Brazil.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Non-EU/Non-Brazilian Users

For users outside the EU or Brazil, all disputes and data handling practices shall default to Brazilian law and LGPD standards, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.

Force Majeure

CLTR and Felipe Bocolowski shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, server outages, or governmental actions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email and will take effect upon posting.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
